Our Philosophy

Ensign Shaffer strives for shared knowledge so everyone on each project can focus and improve on their skills and talent. We also understand that each talented trade should know about the trades coming before and after them. Each project will then be more efficient and ultimately better when it’s finished. Clients should also understand their project. Here at Ensign Shaffer, a client can be out of the country from initial contact to completion and know that the project will get done with quality and integrity, but it’s a lot more fun to take the journey together and really understand how it all comes together. We love answering questions because it unites our visions of creating your house into your home.
